Poor after sales

We were super easy clients and purchased a Mercedes ML from Saxton4x4. Salesman Warren shut the offer in under one-hour. Upon assortment of our vehicle, we discovered two components lacking and required Saxton to deliver them to us (this product had been stated throughout the purchase). Despite producing many calls later to check out-up, Saxton merely dismissed our demand and maintained making reasons why the things hasn't been delivered to us. We've been calling them for several month and we're ultimately quitting. Don't purchase from their website because they don't care following the purchase continues to be determined.
