Failure to deliver product

Terrible people. They don't provide promptly. It got 4 weeks before they created a partial shipping. Once they ultimately provide, all of the components were broken plus some were lacking. They stated color chipping in the components 'don't affect efficiency'. Sides of many items were broken. We're still looking to get the lost components. We requested the mattress 08/05. Don't purchase something from their website. The material is extremely poor!!
