They have several they pray on people that dont know anything about A/C

I called Air Care Solutions because i saw a add in the Clipper Magazine for a 59.00 vent cleaning... They came and hooked up the machine. When they went into the garage they saw the water laying on the floor. (due to condinsation).. When they opened up the furnace they were all excited and said there is so much mold in this system it is a wonder you can breath... So not knowing anything about A/C. They made it sound really bad. They did what they so called had to do. They also said that they needed to fix the pvc pipe. And flush it out. They didnt have any supplies on his truck and didnt know the area. He asked my husband to take him to the nearest hardware store so he could get the piece he needed... They were all done with this within an hour...

When it came time for the bill... Which i figured i would only be paying around 275 to 300 dollars... My bill went from 59.00 to 750.!!!
I called them on Saturday and told them that there was still water coming from somewhere and that i needed to speak to someone... They told me that i needed to call back on Monday and speak to a supervisor... I did this. Well needless to say all he told me was that he will send a supervisor out and look at the situation. But there will not be any refund. Cause i got a package deal...

These people know how to Rip people off... And they do it well. I am reporting them to the BBB... And calling an attorney. They are not gonna take me over like this...
