Horizon ruins your carpet BIG SCAM BEWARE

I called them for what they were advertising in the clipper magazine. Its was $6.95 per room steam cleaning. When they came they arrived in a little pick up truck and they two guys looked very unprofessional. They came in and looked at my carpet and right away they said that the steam cleaning was not going to clean it. They said that for what they need to do is going to cost me $75.00. The total feet what I needed clean was 12x11. I told him no I wanted what I called for and what they are advertising for it should only be $16.95. He said let me call my boss and see if I can get you a better deal. When on the phone with his boss he said we can let you do two payments of $35.00. I told them no I just want the basic steam cleaning then they said well we will work a deal with you if you would recommend us to your friends and family. At this point I was fixing to tell them to get the f*ck out of my house. The guy hung up the phone and I can tell he had a attitude because I wasnt going for his deals.
So the other guy that was with him went in my bathroom and filled up a bucket with water and poored it in this piece of sh*t equipment they had and started to shoot water on my carpet and sucked it back up. They didnt use any shampoo just plan old tap water and it wasn't steam, the water was not hot. Now when that guy was ruining my carpet the other one was asking how im going to pay. I told him cash and asked him if he had change for a twenty and he told me no. He must of thought that I was going to tell him to keep the change and I didnt so he pulled out his wallet and handed me two dollars because thats all he had so basicly him and his friend got a. 50 tip. After they were done they left right away and my carpet stayed soaked all night. The next morning it looked and felt like sh*t. I have more stains now then before. I called them and told them that they ruined my carpet and that im reporting them and the lady hung up on me. I wish that I would of looked them up on the internet first or I should of just went with my first instinct and told them to get out. Please dont use these guys they are a scam!!!
