Ripoff dishonest UNPROFESSIONAL

This store is a complete rip off! They are dishonest and will do anything to make a buck... The wedding industry should be helping the brides NOT making their lives miserable with the small details...

I ordered a slip from Jaqueline's bridal. They told me the slip would not be in for about 4 weeks, that's fine because my wedding isn't until May. When I went to pick up my flower girls dress they gave me the slip, the salesperson cut off the tag so i couldn't see the style number. She swore to me that it was the same slip even though it looked totally different and alot cheaper.

When I got home I noticed that it was NOT the same slip, it had a different style number. When I called back the salesperson still swore to me that it was the same slip. Well, I had seen the other slip, the one that i was supposed to get. It was much higher in quality and in cost. The salesperson told me "Its JUST A SLIP!". This is totally wrong... She's right its just a slip but each bride is looking to get what she ordered. I even told her that she could refund the difference in price she refused to do that and said she would order the new one.

My mother went into the store a day later and the owner/manager told her that it was the same slip and that she would not exchange it. When I called she told me that I was hung up on some number. She's right. I kept telling her the style number. But I am hung up on the money that they stole from me... I told her that they could refund my money and she told me no because I had taken the slip... She ended up hanging up on me!

I recommend not going to this unprofessional store! They are rude, crude and do not go there~! They are alot higher in prices than other stores too! You can get more bang for your buck (same dress somewhere else for cheaper!) I will NOT recommend them to anyone!
