Poor service and no refund

Inadequate sevrivice. I buy a body from RH. It had been broken. They delivered me the brand new one by UPS. Again it arrived damaged. I delivered it back and get the brand new one available. It had been broken again. I insisted to market me a ground test. I'd to pay for again. Used to do not get reimbursement for that previos one. I called the. I had been advised I'd have it quickly. E-mail arrived 2 nights later that credit was ended! It's a nightmare.
