Refused to refund returned item

I delivered an unopened device within the same bundle it had been delivered to me.

I used their needs for return products and delivered it advantages return.

They declined to return my cash, stating them was broken. They didn't inform me or advantages of any problems. I named to check on after thirty days of awaiting my refund simply to ask them to inform me them have been ruined, it had been broken upon reciept and there could be no reimbursement. There is no body I really could talk to plus they wouldn't move me or keep in touch with me about this.
