Thomas and Galbraith Heating and AC Price Gauging% (20x) markup on parts!

They charged $190 for labor and $447.01 for parts, the rub is that they were there for an hour and they only replaced 1 part, a $20 capacitor. I contacted the company and they claimed that the 2000 % upcharge was to maintain their truck and pay their employees. I called other HVAC places and they too upcharge, BUT they charged between $60-$90 for that same capacitor not the $450 that Thomas and Galbraith charges!

The company claims to be an honest Christian company that follows Christian values. They claim to not have any hidden fees. If that is the case they should charge appropriately for their parts and then put a fee for their trucks and labor, that way people would know what they are getting into.instead, they try to charge huge parts fees once they are already onsite and once the customer is already in the hole from their large "dispatch" fees.

Heating and AC is a necessity these days. This company takes advantage of people in their time of need.
