Refuse to call me and up date me on my household items

I had this company come and pack my house they seemed to do a job so far with the exception that it doubled in cost as soon as they started. That was on the 28Th of July it is NOW August 9Th and Anglia is the only one that can answer the phone she has one job that is bullshit people all day and say over and over there is no one here in the office they are all in the warehouse and very busy the only one that that has the paper with the delivery schedule is to busty to answer the phone i started calling at 9 am and continued to call till they disconnected me at 5 pm. And i got the same answer from the same person all day long. Little does she no who she is dealing with, i will start again in the morning and will not stop then iIwill be at there door with the police. You will not rip me off!!!
