Refusal to refund tuition

I enrolled into an MBA course by distance learning around 2005 but had to withdraw due to personal reasons. At that time I was based in Botswana. I had already paid $1700 towards tuition and had only spent a month with them.

According to our contract agreement, they were supposed to pay me back the money with only about a 20% deduction. I followed up the refund for close to a year until they changed their name to something else and still refused to pay back.

I know they are still out there and would like my money to be paid back to me.
