The employees keep calling and harrassing my family and me

These people from diversified consultants keep calling and harrassing me and my family members. I use to have service with t - mobile cell phone company. Well i had gotten to the point that i could not pay the bill. And besides my service was getting worse and worse. This was last year. I would call t-mobile and complain about how bad my service had become. And i was told i was their valued customer. Which i feel like i was i would pay on time and if i was a little bit late i would call them and let them know. Also at that time i had some help the guy i was engaged to that got me to go with t-mobile died last year. He would pay the bill. So i couldn't pay any more. So the last bill i got from them been some months back was $590.00 now this company diversified is saying i owe $750.00. And i wonder how in the world could that be. I haven't had cell phone service since last year. I know i owe a bill and early termination fee. But all this other i know not thing about. Well before the $750.00 was brought to my attention it was jacked up to $800.00. These people call all times of day and morning. And when i aunt leaves the answering machine on they will not leave a message. I have read some of the reports about this company. And how they operate. I don't have any money i can't work because i am disable. And i can't pay this bill. And i told them about a week ago my situation. I had to move in with family members. I had the phone number tranfered from where i was living to where i am now. And i have been here about 3 months. I want these people to stop calling and harrassing us. I am so tired of this i am under a lot of stress and agony because of these people constantly calling headache. I had told them once that i would send 50.00 a month if i could get it. They didn't want that they wanted more each month. Can someone please help me i am so tired of these people from that company calling me.
