Renter Beware

I am reporting this so I may save one family from the financial disaster first remax in maryville, TN caused us. We responded to a craigslist add for home for rent. It listed at the bottom woof woof, meow meow. Which means pets are ecxepted. Well we have an american bulldog wich they classify as a pit. Seriously? Well long story short we were evected after only a month because of the dog, I have a 730 credit score, a great job, and we have had landlords beg us to stay in the past. My job moved us to TN is how we came about this situation. We were promised that our deposit would be refunded if house was left like we moved in. First off the house was dirty when we moved in, the water leaked and the AC went out all during our 1 month but none the less they are keeping our deposit stating we broke the lease... Are you kidding me? We tryed to reach an agreement with home owner and all involved with a bunch of empty promises. They say what they have to say to keep your money. We left that house better than we found it and they are claiming we broke the lease when they asked us to leave because of ignorance of dog breeds.
