1 800 FIX Bank Take the money and run, SCAMMED!

We heard the ads on KNX 1070 for the law firm that will help you keep your home called 1 800 Fix Bank. We did some research and couldn't find and issues or problems with the company; check now! So we called them and set-up an appoitment.

The paralegal that answered the phone was good, asked all the proper questions and set-up a time to review our situation. He came out, went over our options, we signed the forms to get started and gave them a check to get started.

Long story short, they lost the first set of all the paperwork they needed from us, but kept asking for the remainder of the balance. We were just getting ready to send the paperwork again and the final payment, when we received a letter from the attorney.

The letter stated he could no longer meet his financial obligations, due to a large number of refunds issued, unforeseen circumstances, staffing problems, and misrepresentations by employees. He even said he was considering filing for bankruptcy.

Is this my or your problem? It is your problem Thomas P. Giordano! It seems you lost control of your office and employees. You have a responsibility to me and to everyone who came to your firm for help. I/we expect you to return all monies since you are legally required to numerous laws of CA.
