Top10Brand.Biz no tracking number as promised within 48 hours, but credit card charged. No answer to my emails since July 15

On July 8 I placed an online order as follows:

Payment Method: Credit Card Ctopay Payment Status: Paid up Telephone Number: xxx-xxx-xxxxx Shipping Address: XXXXXXXXXXX
The company has the following order status listed under my account but will not respond to inquiries about shipping or tracking number. I've used the "Contact Us" email form and have directly emailed the company but no response or any kind. I checked my credit card and item has been paid, although I could Challenge the charge.
