Liars, Lost goods, did not deliver goods, no communication

Hired this company to move our stuff. Paid $1500 more than other quotes because they promised delivery in 5-6 business days. Belongings were picked up on June 21. Belongings were not delivered until July 15. At this time it was discovered upon delivery that 21 out of 122 items shipped were lost. The lost items include a crib, vacuum cleaners, boxes of clothes, & kitchen goods that total a value of $6,000. As of today, July 29, the carrier claims to have found our belongings but has not shipped them. We have contacted them daily, and they will not give us an answer as to when the items will be shipped. They have been contacted numerous times, and have "promised" to call us back. They never return our calls, and never do what they say they are going to do, we always have to contact them, and despite numerous promises of shipping our stuff, they have not done so. I am currently 7 months pregnant and to have to deal with my 2 year old not having any of his clothes, or even his crib has been beyond stressful.in addition to that I was supposed to be in a wedding August 6th, and the boxes contain the dress I was supposed to wear. Because of the additional time it took them to deliver the items, and the losses, I have spent hundreds of dollars replacing things I need in the meantime. We were never provided with the pamphlet "your rights and responsibilities" nor any other info on filing complaints or settling them. They only items we were provided with was a bill of lading, documented with all of our belongings.
