I usually bought items from avon and also have not had any issues untill Avon offered me a coustomer service representative. I experienced the repetition and requested a teapot from Avon also it was sent to me broken. It was Auguest of 2010. It's today September. I'm still attempting to deliver the teapot back. Every repetition I've experienced to come back the damaged teapot has quit due to some cause or another and my teapot is definitely delivered back again to. After many calls to Avon, the one thing that they can do is provide me paperwork to inform me that I've to pay for again to truly have the merchendice delivered back again to them. Today I've to pay for delivery and Handeling again to deliver them the damaged merchendice back again to them they offered me damaged to beging with. I've always enjoy Avon items but this requires the cake. They stated that they'd provide me my s&h back for that return but nothing else for that hassel of nearly annually today and attempting to return the damaged merchendice back again to them which was directed at me damaged to start with... I don't trust them anymore for that fragile salesmenship that's been drawn in the return policy... They provide nothing for that hassel of the things they are placing me through and also to need to spend twice for s&h. Is rediclious...
