Ripoff Did not get product I paid for

In April I ordered a lateral thigh machine, from an infomercial. After waiting for several months it's obvious they are not going to send the machine.
I checked my bank statement and they did charge me the day after I called and ordered. I have been unable to contact company for a refund.
