EYEGLASSBOY.com Owner tried to blow me off without giving me a refund, was harassed via e-mail by the owner when I opened a claim in PayPal

I couldn't believe the e-mail I received when I asked eyeglassboy.com when my refund would be processed. I bought some frames and they didn't work out, the owner agreed to refund, after I mailed the frames back and the owner received them, I waited two days and asked about when my refund would be done? The owner of eyeglassboy replied...

"Everytime I have to answer one of these ridiculous e-mails, it takes time away from "real" productive work time... I will get to it when I can... Don't e-mail me again!"

Yes, this was how I was treated by eyeglassboy after spending nearly 300.00 in their shop. I guess if you want a refund you are no longer considered human to them.

So I filed a claim with PayPal, thank God, after getting the brush off from eyeglassboy, I was sure they were not planning on issuing me a refund. After they received the info that I had filed a claim, the owner was furious! He or she, began sending me nasty sarcastic e-mails for HOURS!!! It caused me a great deal of mental anguish, they just wouldn't stop, even after I asked in two separate e-mails to please stop e-mailing me! I finally had to block them to get the harassment to stop. It was a horrible experience, and after all was said and done they still ripped me for 4.50. It may not seem like alot but after being harassed by them, it was like adding insult to injury.

I hope people do their research before online shopping. I found out Eyeglassboy has an F with the BBB and 5 outstanding complaints, some are for refund issues. Please stay away from this company you'll save yourself alot of grief.
