Rude, Broke contract, Lied, Gave us the runaround, Wouldn't refund money, Ripoff

We decided to order our furniture through this company and found that this company shouldn't even be in business. They promised us our couch and table set on the 7th of September. When we didn't even get a call or any furniture on the 7th of September we called them. They promised that it wouldn't be any later than the 10th of September.

Well here it is the 10th and we have to furniture and once again no phone call. We had to call several times since we got hung up on over and over. At first they wouldn't give us a date that our furniture would be here. They just repeated that it was still in Los Angeles.

I finally got a date out of them, next friday (September 16). This is after I was hung up on about 4 times. After that he hung up and I once again called back to get his name and the owner's name. When I asked for his name he just replied "Frankie" so I asked for his last name. He actually replied "I don't have one". Then I asked for the owner and he said that he wasn't there. I asked for the owner's number. He didn't know it. I asked for the owner's name. He didn't know it. I asked when the owner would be in. Guess what? He didn't know.

They refuse to give us a refund, a discount, or even pay for delivery. When I asked what he would do he replied "nothing". Unfortunately we fell for cheap prices and got nothing.
