I've had Windstream for more than 6 decades, and that I have experienced only poor items to say about them. They pull, if its not our phone-line its our web. We're usually spending for a particular kind of support and never receiving what we purchase. I'm sorry however the econominally continues to be suffering and me and my spouse live salary to salary and we just things to get what we're spending money on. We're spending money on 3meg service and we just get 1 or 2meg! I've named and reported many times plus they also have a, "WE'VE A BECAUSE REGION", or "WE SHALL SEND SOMEONE OUT TO CHECK OUT IT", or "I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S WRONG I WOULD LIKE TO ENABLE YOU TO GET SOMEBODY ELSE THAT WILL HELP" I've had my statement docked, but nonetheless no outcome. I cant get support where I reside without any one else. I believe they handle me such as this simply because they no when I'd like web I've to cope with it. I dislike WINDSTREAM and also the minute we are able to improve support I'll!
