Ripoff robert derthick cut and paste signatures to Northern Leasing documents

I to am a victim of robert derthick scandilous, deceptive, criminal acts.

He lied to us he gain our trust got us to sign a form agreeing to a month to month plan for 29.00 a month, absolutley no contracts no additional fees we specifically asked him these questions he responded absolutley no contract nor lease agreement involved.

Next thing we know is our account is being debited by northern leasing and others we had no knowledge of. We contacted them imidiatley thats when we found out about the contracts and leasing agreements.

We are just now able to get copys of contracts and lease greements and shocked because my signature is on them and i never seen nor signed them.

He some how he super imposed my signature maybe by cut and paste. We never recieved any pink copy, did any of you? All we recieved are photo copys in mail.

We have been lied to mislead threatend, screamed at but at this time we closed our account any way. This just happened to us 2 weeks ago. So we are considered a new account. We are researching info on these companys. We just cant believe what has happened to all of us.

There has to be a solution is there somone out there that has suceeded in this issue.

In reading these reports i noticed a David from saginaw mi. I noticed that the same rep came to you that came to us. Please if possible we would like to make contact with you.
