Ripoff, cut and pasted signature, filled out after signed, fraud

My father was ripped off by ROBERT DERTHICK of Merchant Processing in Michigan. He is now being sued for a lease that was voided 2 years ago because of fraud. Robert Derthick forged documents and sent only copies to my father saying initially that there was no charge monthly for the machines and then later stating there was. My father stopped payment after it deducted 3 monthly payments but that was in 2002. Now here we are, 2 years later (conveniently the length of the fraudulent lease) and he is being sued by Northern Leasing Systems for the monthly payments.

I read another rip off report by Joe in Saginaw. Please try to contact me or my father if you can to determine the next step. I plan to pursue this matter, even if it takes us to the New York Court Systems. He is a small busines owner and I refuse for someone to take advantage of him, especially through fraud.
