Best movers Ca DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Do not book with this company! They are family owned business. They are
unprofessional, dishonest, and terrible customer service. They don't
care about customer properties, time management, and one main thing they
don't care about their reputation.

I was moving from California to Indiana. They quoted me for $998 (They try to give as many discounts as they can in the quote, like, cubic feet discount, sales discount, and first time customer discount, and etc.) When the movers arrived on the 24th march (1 day late) they made me feel very uncomfortable. They were young kids (obliviously, because it is a family owned business).
They charged us lot of money for boxes and packing tape that was not necessary. I was watching them all the time. They used around $200 packing material the most, and they charged me $1643 for that. That's completely rip-off.

By the time the truck was packed and the driver came back in he told us that our new total was $4300.
I didn't have any other choice. So, I paid them full $4300. At night I couldn't sleep, because I felt that I was the stupidest guy in this world. Next day I called them, and tried to cancel the delivery. They
tried to push me not to because if I do I only going to get 30% back. I told them it is ok and then they put me on hold. NOW Here is the LIE, they told me that my stuff has already been shipped and it is near
Colorado now. They left my house at 11pm, and their warehouse is in California. There is no way that in 10 hours they can get back to their warehouse and unload and load it on 18 wheelers truck and now they are near Colorado. My pickup date was on 5th April. They don't have any warehouse outside the California. So if they were near Colorado on the 25th march, then where they will store their customers' goods. On 26th march I called them again and this time it was different girl. I asked is my stuff have been shipped or not? She told me not, then I asked to cancel the delivery. She put me on hold, and after 1 minute she told me that my stuff has been shipped.

This is the first company I ever had in the United States, who LIES too much to their customers for money.

They were also 1 day late in delivering of my goods. Most of my stuffs were damage. They didn't take good care of my stuffs. My boxes were pressed and seems like they tried to overload their truck. And also my stuffs were covering less cubic feet than what they charged me for. They try to
make money from every step.

I couldn't easily sleep for 3 weeks. I was keep feeling that I was the stupidest man on earth that anyone can come at my house and easily take away my money.

I feel so bad for other customers who have this experience.
