Poor customer service

I bought an RCA 46" LCD HDTV three years ago.inside the first-year, the audio went of it. I'd to generate it 50 miles to possess it fixed (guarantee) simply to be informed it mightnot be set plus they offered me an upgraded (although it had been different design). 2 yrs later, the same thing occurs just this time around they claim there's nothing they are able to do except increase unwarrantied support. To get a business whois slogan is "if you should be not excited, we are unsatisfied", they do not back it-up with motion. Alternatively, I had been informed a "the surface of the point" television is just advantageous to 4-6 years and also the client simply must get accustomed to that. I'd suggest to purchase every other manufacturer than RCA if that's their position!
