Very poor customer service

I requested a picture mural from these folks, so when my specialist (an expert handyman) attempted to set up the very first cell, the color and document got down. After I named the organization, their "revenue supervisor", John, was rude, violent, condescending, and arrogant to both my specialist and me. Their directions state various things in various locations, and therefore are extremely deceptive. The organization provided no reimbursement or alternative, and declined to remain behind their item. AVOID THESE FOLKS, or be dissatisfied and mistreated. They're the worst!
