Poor service

I bought a picture mural from these folks, and upon installing of the very first cell, the color and document got down. On calling the organization, the "revenue supervisor", John, was rude, arrogant, violent, and condescending to each me and my specialist. The directions state various things in various locations, and certainly will quickly be misunderstood, so that they have an "simple out". The organization provided neither reimbursement or alternative, and so I highly recommend everyone TO REMAIN AWAY!
