Ripoff! Frudulent billings 3 times in one month! I never agreed, and tried to cancel 3 times, but I cannot get them

I have been billed $55.00 three times this month for a supposedly unlimited long distance that was a trial and I was to get info in the mail for. I don't rmember giving them my bank account #, but I must have, because they took the money out of the bank directly. This in the so called trial period! I cannot get them by telephone. If I pay you to help... Do I get that money back too? I should, or perhaps I go to small claims court?
