Expedited shipping is a joke

I put an order with Sephora.com 8 nights before, with 3-day delivery.By today, the purchase nevertheless hasn't actually delivered. I've emailed and named, simply to be delivered a email (which managed to get apparent they'd not really looked over my purchase) or informed "it appears like its delivery today". 2 nights later, it nevertheless hasn't delivered.

I had been told I'd get 100 additional VIB points "for my difficulty". Really? Every other company might have had the purchase at my home with regular delivery right now. What about simply obtaining the item requested (and taken care of) towards the client within the published time period?

I'll get my company elsewhere later on.
