I put an internet purchase together on Wednesday March 10. The charged my CC at the same time (how nice), however they delivered my purchase FOUR calendar days later (excluding Thursday)—on Monday March 15.
After I approached their customer support re my purchase, they simply delivered me a typical email about their delivery methods (did they actually examine my email?).
I'm longtime client along with a Elegance Expert, and that I am really dissatisfied with Sephora.
