Did not recieve product after payment

My son purchased a sword and family crest at the mini mall at Ft Sam Houston. All payments were made and like many others he did not receive his product.

When reading through and researching this company i have found they have done this on many military bases in va AND tx. I am in the process of contacting a high ranking member in the Navy to make him aware of this person doing this on military bases and contacting a lawyer in the San Antonio area.
