I purchased some completely new wireless headphones and FactoryOutletStore delivered me a used develop with (I'm not feeding) hearing deposit within the earplugs (view linked images) they set the responsibility of the drinking on me to deliver the develop back again to them.

I'd take action but after researching the prior grievances I'd be attached again when the repeat the error or create a new one.

These were rude after I named them and verry arrogant detailing me that I just had two choices and equally necessary that I taken care of the delivery of the develop back again to them.
