Unfair refund practices

The corporation has outrageously poor company methods and doesn't behave in good faith. I purchased an Oregon Controlled projection time from their store which was faulty. There is no RMA and that I needed to spend the return shipment. Luckily, I delivered it covered. While no reimbursement was billed to my consideration after 8 weeks, I named plus they stated I never received it. I used one hour 5 online at 3 various post offices to discover they had actually obtained it. I called back plus they delayed stating they'd to check on using the factory. They offered me a partial reimbursement. I called back plus they stated there is a restocking fee. I told them the system was faulty and there must be no restocking fee. They decided to return the distinction. I tested my charge card plus they just partly returned the distinction. I called back plus they described they didn't return shipping. I discussed the bill suggested that there is free for delivery. How might they restrain a delivery cost? They stated, "Well, that is our procedure".

This isn't a business to complete business with. They're reckless, inexperienced, and dishonest.
