Neil eubank neil eubank / copiershops.com llc failed to deliver seven kyocera photocopiers paid for in advance by wire transfer. The amount was $37,495.00

My Zimbabwean based company entered into a deal with Neil Eubank of Copieroptions.com LLC for the supply of seven used Kyocera copiers of varied models. I queried the fact that his website was non-functional, and that his business address was his home address. He replied by sending his IRS registration, and employers details.

At the time of starting my discussion with Eubank, he was employed by CopiersCopiers.com. Of Montreal, Canada. His ability to respond to email queries was excellent, as was his push to receive the money up-front.

After agreeing on the units to be purchased, and the price, an invoice was sent to me for pre-payment. The amount of U$37395.00 was wired to Eubanks 'Copiershops.com LLC' on the 11th. Of May.

He confirmed receipt of the money a few days later by phone. Since receiving the wire transfer, he has offered nothing but excuses for the non-delivery of the units, which were to be water proofed and crated then sea-freighted to the port of Durban in South Africa within a week of receiving payment.

He is not answering normal and acceptable communications, despite the fact that he is married to a Blackberry!

I have in my possession all the necessary documentation to prove my story.
