I was scammed by Fake Ebay for a 2004 Toyota Solara SLE!

I saw a car on Craigslist that I wanted to purchase so I contacted the seller and this is what he said:
Hello,
My name is Neil and I'm glad to see your interest in purchasing my car.
What can I tell you in a few words is that I am an individual seller, I am not a dealer and this is my first type of posting on Craigslist. The car that I have for selling is mine, it is personal property and I am going to sell it because I was promoted to my work and in the same time they gave me a new car for work and moving for my needs.in conclusion, I don;t need two good cars for the moment and I decided, after a discussion with my wife (sometimes is very difficult to be persuasive, you know what I mean) about selling my car, because it is senseless to keep the car only to occupy the garage.
In the above I told you I was promoted at work (extraordinary thing) but I had to move with my family in another location (we must do sacrifices all the time) and now I live in Edmonton Canada.
The car is in mint condition, never been down or abused and it has 47.600 miles on it. It hasn't been involved in any accident or anything of this type. My final price on it is US $5.400.
As I know that my current situation is pretty special I want the deal closed only through eBay's Buyer Protection Program in order for you to be 100% protected. You will make the payment to eBay and they will hold the money until you receive the
car. ONLY AFTER you receive the car and you inspect it (for 15 days) eBay will release the payment to me; in this way we are both protected.
I know you need a bill of sale and the original title and it will be no problem, once you receive the car, you will receive them as well so you can register the car on your name.
You will have along with the papers that you need for the registration a bill on your name with the price and short description to confirm that you have already bought the car.
Please get back to me asap if you decide to buy, and include in your e-mail your full name and address where you want it shipped so I can start the deal with eBay. You will receive all the transaction payment and shipping details from them.

I was then sent an invoice from what I thought was ebay with the instructions for me to wire money through money gram. With all the money transfers, I am out 8,240.00. I found out that this was a scam by reading a complaint from your site and there saw a report about the same guy whos scammed me. I decided to do that because Neil and 'Ebay' stopped communicating with me on 05/26/08
