This firm originated a loan for $300.00 in August and properly collected$360.00 over four paydays. They stopped activity for two months and have tried to collect money since. I contacted them only to hear from Tracy at 866-465-5054 X 4315 threaten me with legal action.

As it turns out they legally can turn the debt over to a collection agency or report to a company CL Verify.

I checked with the New Mexico AG office—they have numerous complaints and have gone through numerous licenses. Rio Resources owned by an AKA Apryl Romero changes web addresses regularly. It appears they have moved to an undisclosed location from 147 Eubank NE, Albuquerque, NM 87123.

I intend to pursue them with the NM AG office and to write to Senator Dominaci.

If you see this company, run the other way.
