GM HSBC Master Card Don't go away mad-just go!

After final MC accnt, a little cost was created vis HSN. Product was delivered back and that I was informed "credit" could be released. Cost maintained turning up on claims and therefore HSBC declined to cancell card. Challenge continued for 2 mos. And that I could not determine why the cost stayed today showing interest costs. Approached HSBC often attempting to resolve prob.
Approached "Comptroller of Currency" & requested for help with issue. Was guaranteed by them that HSBC might credit quantity and finish their company w/me. (never occurred) After recognizing HSN didn't create me a credit, I settled the statement of $30.90 to HSBC. They did not post-it or recognize their readiness to credit "something" but rather extended to add 30% late charges on the disputed statement.
They continue to bill me each month - newest statement, interest-only is $57.00. I've talked with lots of people there, actually somebody exercising of the leader's office, supposidely. Their only curiosity is in "fund" costs, besides, how dare I abandon them for another person
It's arrived at harassment today. The corporation is amazing, not in a person deserving method.
