This company advertzes on the internet under myjanitorialconnection.com where they will sell you a bank of leads or actual accounts. Being in the business we decided to purchase a group of ten leads for $ 600.00 as shown on their website. We called the company, spoke to their representative, called a local reference that they supplied us with then sent the check as directed.

The check was cashed/deposited in their local account in March. At the end of April we e-mailed the company asking for an update as to why no leads had been provided. On May 6th we e-mailed our request to have our money refunded. On May 15th we again e-mailed this company after speaking with two company representatives on the phone earlier in the week asking for our money back.

On May 19th we faxed the company demanding our money back with no response. On June 6th we again e-mailed the company representative (Bryan R.) after speaking with him earlier the previous week. He had told us twice "the check was mailed to you." Funny, we never received it.
