Maria Duval Ordered twice RING OF RE June, and Oct. 27. First check not cashed, but second was cashed, but ring never received

On 6-2 i ordered a RING OF RE from mail i received from Maria Duval. I sent a $10.00 check dated 7-7 per her instructions. Then i realized they did not cash the check, so on 10-27 i mailed another order and sent in a second check for $10.00 and that check has been cashed for months. As of today 2-4 i never received the RING OF RE that i ordered. Please help me.
