Ripoff overbilling poor support customer service sucks

T-Mobile bills you if you send a message from your computer to another computer using your screen name that you use on your phone, your not even using airtime to do it and your being billed.

You have no control over someone who sends you an instant message but you are billed everytime you receive one. If you shut your phone off and get a message you are still billed even though your phone is off and you don't accept the message.

This has to be the biggest scam going, what a rip off.
