Rave Ready charged my credit card a month ago and i have still not recived my order or other options

On June 9th i placed an order with beatdropscloset.com. Thier website claims to not charge a credit card until the order has been shipped. On June 10th my credit card was charged the amount of $104.78.

It is now July 4 and they have yet to ship my order. When i first contacted them they told me that one of my items was on backorder, they did not state this during the ordering process. For the past 3 weeks they have been claiming to be waiting on their shipment.in each e-mail they have stated that the order should be there by now or anyday now.

This has been going on for almost a month now and i am out the funds and the clothing i wanted. I have contacted this company many times and it seems as if when they dont want to deal with the problem they full out ignore you.

I find this rude and very inconsderate to a customer who just wants to shop online as hassle free as possible.
