Ripoff Tricked me into two year contract, rude, they lie, and service sucks!

The sales people tricked me into a two year contract with no way out except paying $150.00. I spoke with the customer service people and was hung up on and talked to very snotty.

I then spoke with a manager and he seemed to understand what had happened and apologized. He said I could cancel with no fee! He then transferred me to a rep. And she said she new nothing about it and a manager never would have said that. She said "Deal with it or pay the fee". This is the service you get with Sprint, not to mention you can never get or keep a signal. Consumers beware.
