Ripoff, promised full refund, returned book 3/28/03, never received refund

Ordered "Secret Book of Free Money", and upon looking through it realized it was not the quality information that the ad promised. Returned book on 3/28/03 and have not seen a refund yet. I have no phone number, but have read other consumer complaintss stating you cannot get through on the phone anyway. No answering machine, cannot leave a message, and letters to the company go unanswered. If anyone has a way to get a refund out of this "so-called" company let me in on it please.
