I delivered a prescription to get a medication to ExpressScripts, which my BCBS plan associates with. The prescription was to get a 1-month offer with 4 replacements. I got billed $90. After I examined the ExpressScripts site, it threads a $90 charge to get a "90-day" way to obtain the medication. I named customer support and questioned why I had been billed a $90 charge to get a 30-time offer. The girl I talked with stated they cost exactly the same be it 30- or 90-day supply, of course if I'd like a 90-day supply I have to possess the physician create "90-day supply" about the prescription so they'll send me 3 months' of medications at the same time. I expected her why ExpressScripts did not simply send me 3 months' value because there have been replacements available. She stated thatis their plan, they just deliver one when the physician just creates for just one, however they nevertheless cost for three.
