Terrible service!

We requested supports for the recent addition and were informed they could be "completed" and prepared to be set up by our company upon shipping. It'd have now been cheaper to slice the bushes along within our yard! Actually, records were shipped totally incomplete - included in bark, limbs. There is no discount provided after numerous calls. I named many times and also to obtain a call-back was an attempt! I'd never suggest using the services of The Initial Lincoln Logs organization. The client support was disgraceful. Ideally, this review-will conserve many people in the horrible service-we experienced.
