Mr Shoff is correct the Arbitrator could not rule in our favor because the contract LLI has you sign HAS NO PERFORMANCE for the arbitrator to rule on. These are exact quotes from the ruling:
6. The arbitrator states: LLI's Dealer Agreement is ownerous and provides no performance standards. Do not sign it is a scam
7. Better Business Bureau's Arbitrator states LLI is unprofessional
