Ripoff They are trying to get $40.87 for a Verizon bill. I never used Verizon

They had my name, and address wrong. It is Slone, not Lyth. Lyth is my maden name. They want money for a Verizon bill. It says to contact James Winters at 800-307-3498. It Says:
"There has been no decision made to file suit against you at this time, which may change depending on your response to this demand"
