Bait and switch

Placed an online order for a new professional grade bar for my stihl chainsaw as the description and specs were what I wanted. Paid on line received confirmation of the order via email. All is well until I received the package. They had substituted an inferior bar for the one I ordered. When I called to RMA they wanted to charge restocking until I complained. Then I have to pay shipping to return and shipping to get a new bar.
