Bought a canon rebel T3 camera. Added a few extras so I would receive free rush shipping.
A few days later no confirmation so I called. Either no answer or busy. Finally received an email confirmation of order.
A few days later received a phone from person who upsold me a package for another $100. To include super charger, premium batterry, deluxe large camera case.
When I finally received order a week later, no super charger, no premium battery, no deluxe larger camera case. And I was charged $20.00 for "free" shipping.
Emailed my upset and they simply sent a return form explaining 15% restocking charge, no refund of "free" delivery charge and return shipping at my expense.
Ripped off. Won't answer phone or it's busy, no email response to my problem.
Do Not buy anything from these people. They are bait and switch and if you do buy the bait never shows up. Just lies to charge your credit card more money. HonestJohn is now a loser. Let me be the last customer they rip off. I have filed an appeal with Visa.
