Ordered an item with a promotion code and used it for my purchase only to find out they charged me for the entire amount on my credit card. I have tried to call them over 25 times with no answer. If you want to really order something from this site, try calling them first. Nobody will pick up the phone and this is just the beginning of a horrible nightmare. To get Totsy 's attention, I posted my disatisfaction on their Facebook page. They will immediately block any negative comments and you longer can post on their FB page. I called my credit card company to dispute the charges and will be calling the BBB on Monday. I am warning people do not order anything from this company.
