Be ware before working for this company

I worked for this company. Training was a joke, 3 hours, two days in a row. Here is the trick, you must work 20 hours a week to get paid for training. Training is 6 hours total, they do not tell you to make up the hours in the rest of the week, so they don't have to pay for training. They also want you to take training classes on your own time, with out paying you, if a class takes place during the day, you have to make up the hour later that day or in the week. They don't tell you the appointments have to be attended by the client before you get paid commission. So you can have a several appointments which the potential client has not been able to attend for what every reason.in my opinion this job should pay more then $10 an hour. There is a lot of very technical stuff, that has to do with medical billing that they want you to learn and you are more of a inside sales person then an appointment setter. Also, your manger will be too busy training new people to help you. They do not have a trainer, I was told that that cost money and they can't afford it.
